It’s very simple to access our technical support services. Simply give us a call, please have the make and model of your appliance with you when calling, this will enable us to speed up our service. Your make and model is normally written on the front of the machine, however it can sometimes be located inside any access doors or inside the wall of your appliance. If you have a manual handy, it will likely give you this information on the covering page of the leaflet.
Our team of advisers will work with you to assess your fault. You will be surprised how often we can get things going again with a few simple processes. For example if your appliance is stuck on a cycle, or the door wont open, you can try turning the power off for an hour by disconnecting your machine from the wall, and then try again. Sometimes faults are corrected with simple methods such as this. Also if your machine has no power, try plugging it into a different wall socket to try and isolate the fault.
For other faults, it is likely an engineer will be needed, or even a replacement machine. Sometimes it makes sense when the appliance is quite old to replace the machine for a new one, especially if it has had a history of intermittent or consistent faults. We aim to have new machines with you within 3 working days, and that’s the same for an engineer too.

Our technical support team has come across many issues with appliances, armed with this experience the team can provide you with a number of proactive solutions.
We understand that you might be quite busy and if you are unable to find the time for a home visit from one of our engineers, then that is absolutely fine even though it would probably be best. Our online support team are available to answer questions and provide technical assistance, if you want to do it yourself.
Of course, this would be a secondary solution, if you cannot get one of our engineers out to your home, obviously an engineer home visit is always the preferred option.
