One call to us and we will discuss the fault with your machine over the phone, offering technical support, and where that fails, we will hand you over to our dedicated team of breakdown specialists who can assess if an engineer visit or a new machine is the fastest way to get you back up and running.

We have access to a network of engineers up and down the country, and from the time you report your fault to us, we will work speedily to diagnose the fault and have an engineer or a machine with you within 48-96 hours of you contacting us.

Escape those unwanted callout charges as well as parts and labour charges, our service plans include all of this in one small monthly or one off payment.

You can pay monthly or upfront for your plan, and we can take care of up to 5 appliances for you.
