Technical Support Work?
Our technical support team has come across many issues with appliances over the years, armed with this experience the team can provide you with a number of proactive solutions.
We understand that you might be quite busy and if you are unable to find the time for a home visit from one of our engineers, then that is absolutely fine even though it would probably be best. Our online support team are available to answer questions and provide technical assistance, if you want to do it yourself.
Of course, this would be a secondary solution, if you cannot get one of our engineers out to your home, obviously an engineer home visit is always the preferred option.

At Britannic Appliance Services, we offer a range of different support services dealing with white good appliances like washing machines, refrigerators, dryers etc.
We are always at the end of the phone, if you have a problem. As a company we offer exceptional after care customer support and you can rely on us to offer solutions to any issues you have, just call our phone number.
We operate within the normal business days of Monday to Friday within normal business hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, if something is super urgent then you can always send us an email or use our contact form on our website, and we will get back to you as soon as we possibly can.
